OpenEO Error - Insufficient Credits

Before you begin using openEO processes or any services on EOplaza, we request you to follow the instructions provided on creating your account.

However, there may be cases where you still encounter the following error while executing a workflow in openEO:

OpenEoApiError: [401] unknown: You do not have sufficient credits to perform this request. Please visit [https://portal.terrascope.be/pages/pricing](https://portal.terrascope.be/pages/pricing){target="_blank"} to find more information on how to buy additional credits

If you are facing this issue, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You don’t have sufficient credits. This can be verified by following the instructions the billing page.
  • Something when wrong while linking your openEO Platform account with the EOplaza account. You can verify this by signin using the EduGAIN and social logins option while using the same institutional or social login that you use when authentication using openEO

If the problem remains unresolved, please contact us.
